The exposition is housed in the cells of the former Dominican monastery and consists of various thematic sections that presents the worldview of world religions, the history and activities of church organizations traditional for our land. Unfortunately, the main exhibition is not available due to martial law. However, permanent and temporary exhibitions are held in the museum. The museum illustrates the tragic pages of the history of the mid-20th century. Lychakiv Cemetery Museum

Powder Tower - center of architecture, design and urbanism

This tower was part of the third line of defense of the city and is one of the few fortifications in Lviv that have survived till nowadays. It once served as a place to store gunpowder, hence its name. Today, the tower houses the Center for Architecture, Design and Urbanism. City Card holders can visit the permanent exhibition, which has been open since 2019, for free: you will see the historical area of Lviv reduced by 1000 times and learn the history of the city from its foundation to the present day using video mapping. The Powder Tower also often hosts various exhibitions and lectures (paid extra), and you can enjoy delicious coffee at the cafe "Bez nazwy" (without a name) - (10% discount). Also, you can find two lions carved out of stone napping at the entrance to the tower.

Museum of Folk Architecture and Rural Life In Lviv named after Klymentii Sheptytskyi is an open-air museum with architectural monuments of the eighteenth and early twentieth centuries. Here you will see unique micro-villages that recreate the peculiarities of ethnographic regions or historical and ethnographic groups: Boikivshchyna, Lemkivshchyna, Hutsulshchyna, Bukovyna, Pokuttya, Podillia, Zakarpattia, and Lviv region. The Shevchenkivskyi Hai often hosts interesting exhibitions and offers the opportunity to take part in various folk crafts workshops. In addition, the skansen has its own petting zoo, where you can see sheep and goats grazing and wild ducks swimming on the pond.
At the end of September 2024, an information and education center was opened on the museum's territory, with ticket offices and an information desk. Sightseeing tours, quests, and entrance to workshops will also start from here. The information center has a children's educational space, conference rooms for educational and scientific events, a café, and a museum shop.
