A wine bar located on Valova Street near the City Arsenal. "Delicious young fruity wine, fresh mussels and good cuisine" - this is how the concept is described in the institution itself. Wine in Port Wine Bar is served in faceted glasses. The bar says that sailors once drank from such glasses. You can order wine to go, and we recommend to try mussels in cream sauce with wine.
