Many large international companies reacted to Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
Some have already restricted or closed down in Russia in protest of Putin's actions.
The list of companies that left the Russian market in support of Ukraine is growing every day. Russians are left without new foreign cars, appliances, furniture and clothing.

Meta
Meta has added several security features in Ukraine, including the ability to close your Facebook profile, which prevents you from viewing and searching for friends lists.
The company also provides more transparency about state-controlled media by banning Russian state media advertising and demonetizing their accounts.
Russia's propaganda media have now been tagged on Instagram and Facebook in the "About This Account" section, as well as in the "Page Transparency" section, and in the Advertising Library.
Meta has rejected an order by the Russian authorities to stop independent fact-checking and labeling of content posted on Facebook by four Russian state media outlets.
Meta urges Ukrainians to take steps to secure their accounts, such as two-factor authentication, in order to protect their information.
Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp have restrictions on sending messages and marking those, that do not belong to the sender to inform people if it is from a third party.
Meta is in contact with the Government of Ukraine. At their request, Meta restricted access to several propaganda accounts in Ukraine.

Google
Google.org and Google are contributing $15 million in donations to help Ukraine.
The company also launched SOS notifications for search in Ukraine. When people search for information on refugees and evacuation, they will see a message pointing to United Nations resources for refugees.
Also, some real-time Google Maps features in Ukraine have been temporarily disabled, including traffic and occupancy of places to help protect the safety of local communities.
The company has automatically increased the protection of Google accounts for people in the region and will continue to do so, as cyber threats develop.

Amazon
Amazon has officially donated $5 million to organizations that support Ukraine, including UNICEF, UNHCR, WFP, ICRC, Polska Akcja Humanitarna, and Save the Children.
The company also collects up to $5 million in additional donations from employees for these organizations. Amazon said, that for customers, who also want to help, donation buttons have been added to their homepages in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany.

Mastercard та Visa
Mastercard has reportedly blocked several Russian financial institutions from the Mastercard payment network due to sanctions.
Mastercard also announced a $2 million contribution to the International Committee of the Red Cross, Save the Children, and their Employee Assistance Fund.
The Visa Foundation has similarly announced the allocation of $2 million for humanitarian aid to Ukrainians. The company will also double the amount of all employee donations (up to $1 million) to UNICEF and the ICRC.

IKEA та JYSK
Inter IKEA Group has decided to suspend IKEA Industry in Russia and Belarus. It also means that all deliveries from all subcontractors to these units are suspended.
The IKEA Foundation has also announced a donation of 20 million euros in humanitarian aid to those displaced by the conflict in Ukraine.
JYSK has also decided to temporarily close all 13 stores in Russia, including online platforms.

Microsoft
has announced that it is helping Ukraine against cyberattacks, protecting against state-sponsored disinformation campaigns, and providing humanitarian assistance, and protection to Ukrainian officials.
Microsoft reports that a few hours before the launch of missiles and the movement of tanks, on 24th of February, the Microsoft Threat Intelligence Center (MSTIC) discovered a new round of offensive and destructive cyberattacks against Ukraine's digital infrastructure. They informed the Ukrainian government about it.
According to a recent EU decision, the Microsoft Start platform (including MSN.com) will not display any state-sponsored RT and Sputnik content.
The company is removing RT news programs from the Windows app store and further lowering the ranking of search results for these sites on Bing. The company also banned all advertising from RT and Sputnik.
Microsoft is involved in supporting humanitarian organizations, such as the International Committee of the Red Cross and the United Nations, to help people in Ukraine. Microsoft is also suspending the sale of goods and services in Russia.

Twitter
Twitter said that it was temporarily suspending advertising in Ukraine and Russia to increase the level of important information about public safety.
Twitter also announced that it has launched a charity campaign for Twitter employees, with donations to trusted organizations that directly support Ukrainian refugees. Twitter will also double its employees' donations and make a direct contribution to the partner organization.

Given the invasion of Ukraine and the tragic humanitarian crisis, Disney is suspending screenings in Russian cinemas, including the upcoming "Redness" from Pixar.

Bolt Taxi reported that they will transfer 1 million euros to support Ukraine. In addition, over 4 million euros will be raised over the next two weeks to help Ukraine.
The company also plans to withdraw Russian products from the Bolt Market and cease operations in Belarus.
“This will cost us millions. But freedom is worth more”, said CEO Marcus Willig.

Airbnb та Booking
Brian Chesky, co-founder and CEO of Airbnb said on Twitter that the company would fund housing for displaced people from Ukraine. He also noted that Airbnb and Airbnb.org are working with homeowners to house up to 100,000 refugees leaving Ukraine for free. Housing is primarily needed in Poland, Germany, Hungary and Romania. The founder also said that Airbnb is suspending all operations in Russia and Belarus.
At the same time, the Booking.com service no longer works in Russia. The site does not allow you to search for and book accommodation in Russia. At the same time, the search for foreign hotels for Russians is currently available.

The American aviation giant Boeing is ceasing to support Russian airlines and operate in Moscow amid Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Boeing is also suspending spare parts, maintenance and technical support for Russian airlines.
Under current international sanctions, Airbus has also suspended support services for Russian airlines and the supply of spare parts to the country.

Earlier, the German company BMW announced the suspension of production of the brand's cars in Kaliningrad and the suspension of car supplies to the Russian market. The company said it made the decision, because of Russia's aggression in Ukraine.

The LEGO Group also said it had suspended all supplies to Russia in light of sanctions and an unpredictable work environment. The LEGO Foundation and the LEGO Group have promised to make a donation of DKK 110 million (approximately UAH 488 million) to support Ukrainian children and families.

Dmarket – a trading platform for NFT and In-game Metaverse items, froze all accounts of users from Russia and Belarus, and $ 4.5 million were sent to support the Ukrainian Army.

PayPal CEO Dan Shulman has announced that PayPal is suspending its work in Russia due to military aggression against Ukraine.
PayPal's customers also donated several million dollars to international charities that provide humanitarian assistance in Ukraine and support migrants.

Canceled participation of Russia: Cannes Festival, Eurovision, Formula 1, FIFA, IOC, Mobile World Congress, NHL.
Stop broadcasting or unavailable: BBC, Cinema 4D, Disney, Netflix, Sony, Paramount.
