If you often have questions about where to find beautiful places for a photo shoot, then we have collected the spring Instagram locations of Lviv and combined them into an interesting route: Petrushevycha Square → Stryiskyi Park → Greenhouse → Franko House → UCU.
You can travel along this route on foot, by bicycle, by scooter or by tram - as per your choice.
Petrushevycha Square
We start our route near the modern KONTORA building. Coworking & Offices. Nearby you will find a small sakura avenue.
When all the trees bloom, you feel like a resident of Japan, and the photos taken here will turn your Instagram page into a solid pink cloud (we recommend choosing soft pink colors for a photo shoot)!
If you like active walks, there is a bicycle rental station nearby. From here, you can drive along Franka Street to our next stop.
It will take about 10 minutes by bike and a little more than 20 minutes on foot.

Stryiskyi Park
The second stop on the route is Stryiskyi Park, one of the oldest and most beautiful parks in Lviv, a monument of garden and park art of national importance.
On both sides of Parkova Street, which leads to the main entrance, rise elegant villas, next to which grow magnolias.
More than 40,000 trees grow in the park: exotic tulip trees, ginkgo, red oaks, etc. There are also picturesque alleys, a pond with swans, and a greenhouse. It is our next place.
Greenhouse
Above the pond, there is a greenhouse. The main entrance to the park is just a few minutes’ walk away.
In the greenhouse, you can take photos of tropical palms, listen to colorful parrots, and admire exotic plants such as ficus, agaves, bananas, and variegated fluffy cacti.
Also, there is a cascading fountain with a pond where fish and turtles live. We guarantee the atmosphere of the tropics!
Franko house
Yes, yes, this is exactly the house where Ivan Franko lived with his family at the last stage of his life.
Walking through the rooms, you will learn a lot about the life of Kameniar. Moreover, when you get to the balcony, the incredible beauty of the magnolia blooming in the museum courtyard will charm you.
The pictures taken here will be tender and romantic, like Frank's lyrical poetry.
In addition, the museum staff restored Frankо's garden based on the family's memories and are working on the "Franko's Garden of Muses" project with sculptures and an art space.
We leave the territory of the museum; turn right and go up to the children's railway. If you have time, we suggest making a stop for a snack.
Near the "Ivasyk Telesyk" fountain, you can taste coffee, ice cream, and various snacks and take a few more photos that are beautiful. If you are not hungry, you can move from the fountain along the main avenue to our final location.
The Metropolitan Andrei Sheptytskyi Center
It is a modern resource and information center of the Ukrainian Catholic University. The facade is made so that the library resembles a mountain of books.
The center was opened in 2017. In addition to classrooms and administrative premises, the territory includes public cultural space, a cafe, a bookshop, an exhibition area, and a library.
