After leaving military service, Valerii started his own business and began making Thai rolled ice cream, also known as “fried ice cream.” This eye-catching dessert is prepared right in front of customers on a frozen metal plate, where fresh ingredients are mixed, spread, rolled, and served using special spatulas.
Beyond its regular operations, Kavalie frequently takes part in festivals and events in Lviv and across the region. Visitors can also try their signature ice cream at the Veteran Business Market, held every Sunday on Market Square, next to City Hall, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
