"Inshi" is a bar-farm, by Evgeny Klopotenko and Inna Popereshnyuk, where the overwhelming presence of Ukrainian products is in every cocktail.
The mission of the "Inshi" bar is to promote the use of local farm products not only in dishes (this is already happening), but also in drinks.
In our opinion, vegetables have a much wider potential than just being ingredients for dishes and/or appetizers for drinks. Vegetables, as well as fruits, berries, greens, various types of mushrooms can be drinks themselves!
