Nova Chichka in the Center of Lviv
This is a continuation of the coffee/cakes/handicrafts format from Hutsul craftsmen of the first establishment, but now dishes with craft cheeses from the Kosiv region and local wine have been added. It's a kind of Hutsul world or Hutsul embassy in Galicia. The interior of the establishment again features a woven blanket, a ceramic mirror, traditional frames, and images of the righteous Hutsul and writer Petro Shekeryk-Donykiv.
We serve dishes and drinks in Kosiv ceramics, with Ukrainian funk playing in the background. On weekends, we hold workshops and book/movie clubs. We nurture Ukrainian culture for Ukrainians and want Hutsul culture in a modern reinterpretation to become part of our daily life.
