It is located within the Lviv hotel Best Western Plus Market Square Lviv, situated in a historic building. The building at No. 4 is one of the most valuable historical and cultural heritage sites in Lviv and is associated with one of its historical owners - Dziurdzhi Boim, who was the mayor of Lviv and the secretary of King Stephen Báthory in the late 16th century. The restaurant is named after the owner. The main ideology of the restaurant is Nordic, which involves preparing dishes from various countries with a focus on local ingredients and a special style of presentation
