Contemporary art lovers are invited to the Franko House to visit the exhibition "Ukrainian Portrait" by the famous Odesa artist Kateryna Biletina.
The gallery of portraits presented to the Lviv audience continues a series of traveling exhibitions across Ukraine and the world dedicated to Ukrainian culture and ethnography. In her work, the artist prefers portraits of people in Ukrainian folk costumes. By exploring the beauty of folk costumes, their incredible aesthetics in combination with the face of a modern person, the artist creates a new, magically transformed image. The exhibition will include not only new works, but also works of different years from the artist's oeuvre, as well as paintings from private collections.
