A series of collages by the artist Andriy Roik is on display in the Tovarystvo_RPM, 11 Pekarska St. He shares that the collage technique is new to his practice, but not accidental. Since the main (su)object in Andriy's works is the human body, it is quite natural that it eventually begins to go beyond its limits. T
he glossy fragments of the works come into contact with the environment and the viewer sees himself as part of the image. Reflections complement the lost/intentionally obscured parts of the composition and the body. The main medium of the artist is painting and drawing, but Andriy is constantly testing new directions.
