Ivan Stanislavsky's exhibition "Mariupol — memories from another life"

  • Exhibitions

10 March - 24 March

Date

This photo exhibition includes about 150 photos taken in the period from 2015 to 2022. This is a special period in the history of Mariupol, which was associated with great hopes. Hoping to move forward despite all adverse circumstances. The city has changed more in these few years than in the previous few decades. Unfortunately, the invasion of the Russian horde stopped this movement and pushed the city back many years. Now, for all its residents, Mariupol is a city of memories.
Journalist and native of Mariupol, Ivan Stanislavsky, before the start of the full-scale war, was interested in local history and researched his hometown. After the start of the full-scale invasion, he moved to Lviv, where together with his colleagues he published the photo guide "Mariupol Monumental" and the photo album "All Shades of Mariupol Mosaics".
