Iryna Maksymova
Iryna was born and raised in the small town of Kolomyia in western Ukraine.
In 2013 she graduated from the Faculty of Graphic Design of Lviv Polytechnic National University.
"With my imaginative and naive works, I innocently and easily express the world problems that affect me personally. I explore the female body as both female and male, supporting equality and interconnectedness, and I am constantly looking for and developing ways to add traditional Ukrainian motifs into new visual forms and cultivate the art of Ukrainian primitivism."
