From the world premiere, through the richness of silence and to the romantic idyll... The audience favourites, the Academic Chamber Orchestra "Lviv Virtuosi", invite you to the concert program "Quiet Music".
This evening, the band will perform under the baton of Iranian conductor Parviz Yahyavi. The soloist of the evening will be flautist Andriy Karpyak. The cycle "Quiet Music" belongs to the circle of works by Valentin Silvestrov, in which calmness, simplicity and quiet insight reign. In the flow of the "Waltz" and two "Serenades", the shadows of Franz Schubert, Robert Schumann, and Henry Mancini "slide", dissolving in the quiet and delicate Sylvestrov's metamusic.
