Deep, sensual, sorrowful and prayerful music will be performed by the soloist of the Organ Hall Svitlana Pozdnysheva and the Lviv Municipal Choir "Homin".
A requiem is a large-scale piece of music based on the traditional Latin text of a funeral mass, usually written for an ensemble of soloists and a choir accompanied by an orchestra. Composer Ferenc Liszt, who mastered the organ perfectly, created a requiem accompanied by the organ, giving this genre new nuances. Liszt's requiem for the choir is filled not only with the drama of loss, but also with the healing light of faith.
