American musician Tobias Kremer Roth tells his own story of love for Ukraine. He stayed to live and create in Lviv, in the city that became his second home. Here he writes music and is the concertmaster of the viola group of the Lviv National Philharmonic Orchestra. Here he explores Ukraine, its people, history through the prism of music and shares his experience. The program of the chamber concert "Stories from Ukraine" invites the public to go through joy and sadness, sadness and happiness together. A chamber gem for the viola repertoire will be played - Robert Schuman's cycle of plays "Fairy Pictures", the famous "Lullaby" by Vasyl Barvinsky translated for viola and piano. And the heart of the program will be the viola sonata of the Ukrainian composer Myroslav Volynskyi.
