Para Janov and Port Wine opened its doors in August 2019, and its zhengalov khats has already become legendary. It is the restaurant’s signature dish — an Armenian flatbread filled with 15 varieties of herbs.
The concept of the restaurant is inspired by the unique perspective of the extraordinary Sergei Parajanov, who was born in Georgia and lived in Armenia and Ukraine.
