Mon Chef is a sophisticated restaurant that offers European and author's cuisine. From French, "Mon Chef" translates to "Your Chef". The head chef spends the maximum amount of time with guests in the restaurant. Perhaps there are not many places in Lviv where a guest-chef dialogue takes place. It is also important that the chef enjoys the opportunity to communicate with restaurant guests, as it inspires new accomplishments.
Mon Chef was a four-time finalist for the "Sil'" restaurant award, and in 2019 was a finalist in the "Best Hotel Restaurant" category. The restaurant is known for its events. Every month, there are gastronomic evenings featuring a variety of cuisines from around the world.
