The Ukrainian Catholic University presents a unique exhibition project in Lviv, "Images of the Collection. How Ivan Grechko searched for beauty...". A part of the collection donated by the patriarch of Ukrainian collecting to UCU is on display in the Powder Tower.
The exhibition features the best works from the collection of Ivan Grechko. This is one of the largest collections of Ukrainian icons on glass from the Hutsul and Pokuttya regions, old prints, candlesticks, handmade crosses, Easter eggs, ceramics, textiles, and wooden sculpture. The exhibition will also feature 20th-century paintings from the Grechko collection, including works by Yaroslav Pstrak, Vasyl Dyadeniuk, Osyp Vaskiv, Olha Pleshkan, Roman and Marhita Selsky, Volodymyr Patyk, Opanas Zalyvakha, Ivan Ostafiychuk, Taras Lozynskyi, and others.
A large collection of bookplates by Tyrsa Venhranovych, Myron Yatsiv, Pavlo Kovzhun, Robert Lisovsky, Petro Kholodnyi, and Sviatoslav Hordynskyi, as well as drawings and a self-portrait of Ivan Hrechko himself.
