On January 11, at 7 pm, the Dovzhenko Center will host a festive performance "Evenings on a Farm near Dykanka".
The stories of the eponymous literary cycle by N.V. Hohol are invariably very popular in Ukraine, as all their fairy-tale and mystical events take place on this land. In addition, many colourful motifs of Ukrainian folklore can be seen in them. They have been repeatedly filmed and staged on the theatrical stage, but on the night before Christmas, we still have something to surprise and delight the audience.
In our musical production, you can plunge into the festive atmosphere and relive the unforgettable adventures of Vakula, Oksana, Chort and Solokha in an interesting format.
