The siege of Troy has been going on for 10 years, and heroes and soldiers on both sides are dying. There is a person in the city who can stop death - Cassandra, but her gift of prophecy is a curse for her. In her hometown, no one believes her and she is considered guilty of all misfortunes, losses and troubles, moreover, for many people she is crazy.
The Trojans need good news and the end of the war, and this is what Helen, Cassandra's brother, promises them. She is unable to save the city, her beloved Dolon, her family... The Greeks take Troy by trickery and capture Cassandra. And in the end... Sometimes it is not enough to see the truth, you need to believe in it and be able to defend it. The play is relevant now because sometimes we lack the strength and faith to defend our truth.
