On February 10, at 6 p.m., in the Lviv National Philharmonic Hall will be the "Ukrainian Piano Pearls" concert.

Composers who became a musical portrait of Ukrainian music of the 20th century, brave and unyielding artists who above all sought to write uniquely Ukrainian music. Soloist Rostyslav Fedyna will perform works by Viktor Kosenko, Vasyl Barvinsky and Borys Lyatoshinsky. In the series "11 études in the form of ancient dances", Viktor Kosenko combines the European dance canon of the classical suite with Ukrainian motifs. Pasakalia and Zhiga demonstrate the diversity, sensuality and depth of Ukrainian themes. Vasyl Barvinsky's "Ukrainian Suite" is a symbol of immortality, a phoenix rising from the ashes. The composer wrote it in the year of the most important, fateful decision - returning to Ukraine after studying in Prague.
