"CinemaOrgan" is a great opportunity to get acquainted with organ music for the first time, or to discover new facets of the sound of this eternal instrument. On May 7, the majestic organ of Notre Dame de Paris in the Lviv Philharmonic is for you! Thanks to modern technology, the sound of each of the pipes of one of the world's most famous organs was recorded and assembled into a sampled organ. So, while the original instrument is being restored, its sound in combination with the orchestra and piano will be heard for the first time in Lviv! The sampled organ is provided by the National Guild of Organists of Ukraine. We invite you to plunge into the worlds of your favorite movies and musicals. Feel the greatness of Game of Thrones, descend into the catacombs of Phantom of the Opera, enjoy the mystical harmonies of Angels and Demons, and visit the depths of space with the motifs of the movie Interstellar. The concert-performance will also feature famous melodies from the films Amelie, Pirates of the Caribbean and others.
