The IRMOS project began in 2000 and continues as the Road of Art People to the Territory of the Spirit. IRMOS is an artistic anthropological project, the means and accomplishment of which is Irmoloi singing - Orthodox spiritual practice, which is carried out in the modern socio-cultural space in the latest artistic forms.
Irmos is a liturgical genre of ancient Ukrainian spiritual music, which gradually left the church rite during the last three centuries. Today it can be found only in old prints of archives and libraries of old monasteries. Largely thanks to the IRMOS project, Irmoloi singing is slowly returning to Ukrainian churches.
