Reporters Without Borders (RSF) is organising a press briefing to launch the center for press freedom in Lviv on Saturday 12 March at 3PM local time ( 13.00 GMT).

The Lviv press freedom Center will be run jointly by RSF and the Institute of Mass Information (IMI), RSF’s partner in Ukraine since 2014. Located in the west of the country, within the premises of the Lviv International Media Centre, it aims to be a reception and distribution hub for protective equipment for journalists, a workplace with Internet connection and live-streaming capacity, as well as a shelter in the event of an attack.
